Two week guarantee:
Your two week guarantee starts when the guitar is received by you, not when it's shipped.
However there is a 10% charge
for returned guitars because it takes me around a day to build and
setup a stock guitar, plus time to box and ship it.
Shipping charges are not
refundable.

~Custom paint~
The initial deposit for custom
orders (minimum $300) is nonrefundable, so please make sure you want
the guitar you're ordering. However, if you need to cancel your
order due to personal problem, etc., this deposit will still be good
for up to one year...just in case you want to re-order at a later
date.
Any problems with custom painted guitars will be addressed as
needed.
